Email back2app@fluagency.com. A person reads every message, usually within two working days. Tell us your iPhone model, iOS version and what you were doing when it went wrong; the app version is at the bottom of Settings.

If you need help right now

Support email isn’t a crisis line. If you’re about to bet, open SOS in the app. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988 (US) or your local emergency number. Free gambling help lines for the US, UK, Canada and Australia are on the help page.

Common questions

The Shield doesn’t block something. Open the Shield tab and add the app or website. Screen Time needs access granted in iOS Settings → Screen Time. No block covers another device.

I changed phones. Your record lives only on the old phone and doesn’t move with you. Your subscription does: tap Restore purchases in Settings, or Restore on the paywall.

Cancel or refund a subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions at least 24 hours before renewal. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Pip isn’t answering. Pip needs an internet connection and has a daily message limit. SOS and Calm work offline.
