Privacy Choices
How to control permissions, Pip chat, tracking, data requests and deleting your data.
Manage your Back to Even data
This page is the User Privacy Choices page for Back to Even. There is no account, so everything is controlled from the app on your phone.
- Pip chat: Settings → Pip. Turn the chat off or delete the conversation.
- Game-time warnings: Radar → Pre-game warnings. All notifications can also be turned off in iOS Settings.
- Team names in Radar: off by default. Radar → Show team names.
- Shield: Shield tab. Change what is blocked or turn it off (a short wait applies, so a hard moment doesn’t decide for you).
- Delete my data: Settings → Delete my data.
Device permissions and tracking
Open iOS Settings → Back to Even to change notifications. Screen Time access is under Settings → Screen Time. To stop ad measurement, turn off Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Back to Even; the advertising identifier is then never shared. Removing a permission turns off the related feature only.
Access, correction and other requests
Email back2app@fluagency.com with your request and where you live. Include the ID shown under Settings → About so we can find your records. Never send us passwords, bank details or identity documents unless we ask for a specific, proportionate check.
Delete your data
Open Settings → Delete my data and confirm. This erases everything on the device and asks our server to delete every event sent from it. It is unavailable only while you’ve chosen to lock the Shield, so it can’t be used to get around your own lock. Deleting the app also erases its data from the phone.
Your subscription is managed by Apple and is not cancelled by deleting data or the app: cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. To remove your purchase record from our systems, email us; we keep only what tax and refund rules require.
Questions or complaints
Write to back2app@fluagency.com. You can also complain to the data-protection authority where you live. The full details are in the Privacy Policy.
